I would like to take the time to write a few words about my agent Todd Bradley. I have had many experiences with realtors in the past and currently. I am a licensed realtor in Nova Scotia. I must tell you that although I had disagreed with Todd about pricing he did in fact convince me of the advantages of pricing correctly in order to get the most money the market would hear. I was in Nova Scotia when Todd sold my condo in Edmonton and he kept me updated at all times. Todd also was very accurate regarding changing market conditions. Approximately 2 months ago I decided to put my house on the market. One of the salesman from your branch, Todd Bradley, had been sending me promotional material for a number of years, so I decided to give him a call. Todd Bradley from Royal LePage was the realtor who assisted our family in selling our parents home in May 2003. It was a very hard time for us because we had just lost both our parents within four months of each other. Todd made the process easier for us. He was very knowledgeable on what houses were selling for in the area and was always available if we had any questions or concerns. He was very honest in telling you what the house was worth and what you would likely get.
